About the Band
Karma Violens were founded in Athens, Greece in 2002. An amalgam of extreme metal genres, Karma Violens combines death, black and thrash metal elements with some modern influences.Through the years, the band has supported live major bands -such as Judas Priest, Amon Amarth, Opeth, Arch Enemy, Fear Factory, Rotting Christ, Batushka, Testament and more.
In the past, they have released 4 LPs, focusing on the extreme metal sound and finding the right balance between the genres, in order to achieve their characteristic sound, with the latest album, “Mount of the Congregation” being released in April of 2021.
In September of 2023, with a renewed line up, the band released their single “Legacy”, prologuing the next album.
The recording and mixing were held at the Symbolic P Studios by the band’s very own Costas Papadopoulos. The mastering was done at Hertz Studios (Behemoth, Decapitated, etc).
